Job Description
We're looking for a VP of Finance to work directly with the CEO to lead financial strategy and operations as we look ahead to the next phase. You will own and operate the company’s balance sheet. Lead core finance functions: accounting, AR/AP, tax, audit, procurement. Lead strategic finance and FP&A, build and maintain our model, and partner with leadership to set financial strategy. Evaluate potential acquisitions, size business opportunities. You will also support board meetings and fundraising. Own key business metrics and shape our synthesis at the executive level. Operationalize sales finance and deal desk. Ensure fast close and flexible pricing for our rapidly growing SaaS business. Partner with sales and legal to make this process sing. Build the team and stack to take us from Series C to IPO. Source, hire and manage the talent and the toolset that will support us through our next major milestones: fundraises, audits, and IPO.
