Our Business Development Representative sits within our Sales organization and works alongside customer-facing teams to find qualified new sales opportunities for our Account Executive team. Manage all inbound sales campaigns Research Mid Market and Enterprise inbound leads, and personalize outreach to high potential leads. Proactively identify underperforming cadences, and take initiatives to implement new outreach strategies with the goal of improving metrics (e.g. open rate, reply rate, conversion rate, etc). Qualify leads using BANT qualification criteria Schedule appointments for our Account Executives. Use Salesforce to engage with leads, log activities, book meetings, and manage leads and opportunity records.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve lead to opportunity conversion rate, and assist with campaign success reporting.
