Manager, National Youth Voice

Through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) Professional Fellowship Program* the Manager, National Youth Voice is responsible for managing activities, engagement and outcomes for the Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) National Youth Leadership Council (Youth Council) and related activities that amplify youth voice nationally and across our BBBS network of 230+ agencies. Serve as an internal and external resource on youth voice and youth engagement, including developing materials, maintaining and organizational knowledge base, and responding to questions from staff and agencies. Design and organize panel discussions that elevate youth voice across the network, incorporate youth as panelists where appropriate in BBBSA workshops and thought leadership opportunities, and build awareness of the needs, concerns and aspirations of youth and young adults (BBBS Littles).
