Product Manager, Expansion

As the leader of the Expansion team, you'll drive the development of zero-to-one products that meet the evolving needs of mid-market and enterprise development teams. You'll drive successful cross-functional coordination across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to deliver on high-impact initiatives, while also building strong relationships with our largest customers to uncover insights that shape both product direction and go-to-market strategies. This role is pivotal in championing and refining Render's top-level business strategy for serving enterprises and scaling teams in collaboration with leadership, all while fostering a high-performing and positive team culture. You will design and build Render's developer pipeline tooling; identify and advocate for strategic partnerships that serve mid-market and enterprise customers; prioritize and deliver observability, management, and security features to meet the compliance needs of Render's largest customers; build new services or add new functionality to existing platform features to better meet the needs of mid-market and enterprise customers; and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to learn more about our mid-market and enterprise customers and their evolving needs and share this knowledge within the organization.
