Support strategy development and lead roadmap creation for our subscriber experience across app and web. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and driving user experience improvements that deliver measurable impact to subscriber engagement and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, product marketing, and data teams to create intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for delivering web and app features and data-driven product solutions that enhance the delivery of high-quality care.
