Role:
- Build internal tools and automation workflows for the operations team using Cursor and n8n.
- Fix bugs and ship features in fast iterations - 3-4 production releases per day.
- Design and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive operational tasks end-to-end.
Technical Requirements:
- Expert-level usage of Cursor.ai or other AI IDEs as your primary build tool.
- Experience with N8N or other agentic workflow tools for complex multi-step workflows.
- Proficiency with OpenAI/LLM APIs for agents, tool use, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.
- Full-stack development with Node.js + React or equivalent, PostgreSQL, REST API design, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
