About The Role:

You'll build AI-assisted internal tooling, partnering with Automation/AI leads on infrastructure.
You'll work across teams, especially BizOps and People, automating toil and building solutions.
We operate like a startup with broad scope, fast iteration, and high ownership.

What You'll Do:

40% Partnering on AI-assisted internal tools, including the internal IT support agent.
30% Building and maintaining internal automations using n8n, Python, TypeScript, and AI agents.
20% Documentation and enabling the company to self-serve through better systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

We believe in transparency, offering a starting salary of $117,000 - $120,000 USD.
