Job Description
Global Expansion: Lead operational projects supporting market expansion into new countries and regions. Oversee onboarding of new global entities, including tax, legal, and compliance requirements. Serve as the escalation point for partner-supported countries, supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to ensure smooth entry, focusing on compliance, legal, and payroll operations. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Maintain operational documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and launch checklists.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful launches in new regions. Collaborate with Product, Legal, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure operational readiness for new market launches. Monitor and report on the performance of new market operations and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
