About the Role:
- The Forward Logistics Coordinator provides logistical support to internal and external partners, coordinating delivery and return of materials.
- This role is remote within the US and requires working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with engineers and customers on spare parts needs and deliveries.
- Track shipments, provide updates, and resolve delays.
- Maintain field service database and prepare weekly reports.
