Field Strategy & Jewish Integration:

  • Partner with the Executive Team to articulate Leading Edge’s Jewish vision.
  • Create and evolve the “Leading Edge Torah” grounding the organization’s values.
  • Steward advisory bodies and cultivate strategic relationships.

Field Implementation: Programs, Experiences & Resources:

  • Infuse Leading Edge’s Talent & Culture Norms and Board Norms, with deeper Jewish grounding.
  • Design, pilot and scale programs, learning experiences, convenings, and resources.
  • Ensure that Jewish content is consistently embedded across conferences, toolkits, research, communications and cohort experiences.

Thought Leadership & Public Engagement:

  • Serve as a public voice for Leading Edge on the role of Jewish thought, values, and priorities.
  • Speak and teach in communal and professional forums, positioning Jewish “knowing, feeling, and doing”.
  • Produce thought leadership – articles, frameworks, public reflections.
