Field Strategy & Jewish Integration:
- Partner with the Executive Team to articulate Leading Edge’s Jewish vision.
- Create and evolve the “Leading Edge Torah” grounding the organization’s values.
- Steward advisory bodies and cultivate strategic relationships.
Field Implementation: Programs, Experiences & Resources:
- Infuse Leading Edge’s Talent & Culture Norms and Board Norms, with deeper Jewish grounding.
- Design, pilot and scale programs, learning experiences, convenings, and resources.
- Ensure that Jewish content is consistently embedded across conferences, toolkits, research, communications and cohort experiences.
Thought Leadership & Public Engagement:
- Serve as a public voice for Leading Edge on the role of Jewish thought, values, and priorities.
- Speak and teach in communal and professional forums, positioning Jewish “knowing, feeling, and doing”.
- Produce thought leadership – articles, frameworks, public reflections.
