Lead and coach a team of Managing Directors across the Western region, ensuring professional development, accountability, and strategic alignment.
Support MDs in achieving annual KPIs, including learner enrollment, graduation, certification attainment, and job placement outcomes.
Oversee operational effectiveness across all regional sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of programs and learner services.

Strategic Growth & Implementation:

Partner with Managing Directors to develop and execute a regional strategic plan that advances organizational priorities and regional market opportunities.
Align local site goals with national strategy while balancing growth, sustainability, and program innovation.
Collaborate closely with National Development and Customized Training teams to ensure delivery of regional commitments.

Regional Fundraising:

Oversee fundraising strategies for Western region sites, guiding MDs in building and sustaining diverse funding portfolios.
Set and monitor regional fundraising targets across foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, public funding, and earned revenue.
Support the development and strengthening of local Advisory Boards to expand community engagement and fundraising capacity.
