Director, Monitoring and Evaluation

The Director of Monitoring and Evaluation will lead the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team to assess and improve the effectiveness, reach, and outcomes of KIND’s programs and initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing M&E and learning frameworks, tools, and systems across the organization to meaningfully measure and communicate the impact of KIND’s work. The Director will provide guidance, training, technical assistance, and strategic oversight to KIND staff to effectively implement all M&E activities. They will ensure KIND’s work is evidence-based and results-driven.
