About the Role:
- Defend employers in complex California employment litigation.
- Advise clients on compliance and manage matters independently.
What You'll Do:
- Handle FEHA, Title VII, wage and hour, and PAGA class actions.
- Manage discovery, motion practice, and agency appearances.
- Mentor junior associates and develop client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of employer-side California litigation experience.
- Active California Bar license and portable book of business.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $225,000-$275,000 annually.
- Remote role with occasional office work.
