Role Overview:
- Lead and supervise our Workers' Compensation practice.
- Work directly with the Managing Partner and guide attorneys and support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and support strong case outcomes and client service.
- Mentor attorneys and step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture and conduct client webinars.
Qualifications:
- JD and active California State Bar membership in good standing.
- 5-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred).
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and negotiation skills.
