Lead Network Architecture Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop test system architectures, procedures, and standards for validating network hardware during manufacturing.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to evaluate functionality and performance of network devices and rack hardware.
• Define, develop, review, release, and maintain software that automates manufacturing test processes including equipment control, data collection, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; master's degree preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 8 years with a master's degree, combining network infrastructure and software development in manufacturing test environments.
• Strong experience configuring and validating network hardware, plus expertise in Python, Bash, Linux, and virtualization technologies.

Benefits:

• Base salary range of $126,100–$227,000 USD, with eligibility for a short-term performance-based incentive.
