NOC Engineer III

Responsibilities:

• You will configure basic network hardware for deployment following established templates.
• You will monitor network elements using established tools to ensure system functionality.
• You will provide basic technical support for routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• You hold at least one associate level networking certification (CCNA, CWNA, JNCIA, Network+).
• You demonstrate proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik RouterOS.
