Accounting Manager

About the Role:

• This position works within our Client Services Department.
• You will manage and oversee the quality of work of a team of accountants who own their own book of business.
• You are responsible for our clients' success.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of 3-5 accountants and ensure they are completing engagements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of client work and oversee the profitability of client engagements.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional service offerings and train and develop team members.

What You Can Expect as a Team Member:

• Salary range from $110,000-$140,000/year plus performance bonus.
