Staff Technical Program Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TPM Team. In this role, you’ll partner with the VP of Engineering and Head of Product for our Poland teams to drive planning, execution, and strategic programs needed for multiple product areas. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within Engineering operations. This group is responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams, agile coaching & process governance, driving strategic engineering programs, and associated interlocks the Product & Engineering organization needs to be successful. Responsibilities include partnering with Engineering and Product leads for key initiatives that need to be delivered across multiple product areas (Mobile, Common Platform Services, Data Platform, Data Science/Machine Learning), continuously seeking to improve processes, understanding Agile Methodologies, and understanding the portfolio of work for those product area teams in order to drive planning and execution quarter over quarter.
