Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee, including assessment, analysis, and development of treatment plans. They will oversee treatment implementation, collaborate with and train caregivers, and coach behavioral technicians. Treatment plans address areas of medical necessity in various settings, reporting to the Group Clinical Manager.
This is a salaried, exempt, full-time remote position, requiring a high level of self-discipline and accountability. The supervisor maintains standards for clinical quality, communication, productivity, and collaboration, adhering to schedules, attending virtual meetings, and meeting deadlines consistently.
