Technical Program Manager - GRC/InfoSec

Angi is seeking an experienced and results-driven technical program manager to drive transformation in our GRC Program. A successful candidate will have successfully partnered with IT Compliance and InfoSec teams to build processes & will have led large and complex product transformations that include rebuilding tools & technologies. This person will work across the organization, partnering with the teams in product, engineering, sales, customer care, operations, and more to set up and drive a successful program to ensure best practice around Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including ITGCs and Information Security at Angi. This person will drive our development of a rigorous plan to refine aspects of the platform we use to support and enable teams to deliver products that meet our IT and Security standards. After the plan is in place, this person will oversee the roadmap to execute the transformation & then will continue to work with our teams to iterate. A successful candidate will have a strong owner mindset. Become a subject matter expert on the nature of the platform we support & the tools and technologies we’re looking to rebuild. Craft and own your product roadmap that focuses on ambitious goals, builds momentum, and inspires passion with the teams you’ll partner with. Lead communication on progress and status with internal stakeholders. Identify and launch new product ideas with a thoughtful, but fast, data-driven approach. Help facilitate SOX and PCI audits, evidence collection, and drive accountability for remediation to address any control deficiencies or process issues. Drive prioritization framework of best security practices in Product/Engineering to both prevent and remediate vulnerabilities.
