Define and champion the long-term vision for Aledade’s participation in TEFCA, Carequality, and CommonWell.
Identify the optimal network participation strategy to support Aledade’s business goals and clinical performance.
Assist in defining measurement strategies and opportunities to advance Aledade’s leadership in health information exchange.

Drive Internal Alignment:

Act as the primary liaison between legal, business, policy, product, and technology.
Act as a subject matter expert to internal teams on evolving data exchange standards, market developments, and network/HIT regulatory requirements.
Assist with prioritization decisions, goal setting, and building business cases for new investments.

Influence HIT Policy & Lead Industry Strategy:

Actively monitor relevant HIT policy, standards, and regulatory developments.
Represent Aledade to national and regional health information exchange governance and standards bodies.
Attend trade groups and source demonstration opportunities to increase Aledade’s influence in health information exchange.
