Enterprise Customer Success Manager - SaaS

Lead onboarding, run tailored product training, and support complex setups with the implementation team. Own post sale relationships, monitor engagement, and hold regular check ins to drive adoption and results. Build success plans, spot upsell and cross sell opportunities, and collaborate on customer advocacy efforts. Escalate issues, liaise with internal teams, and gather feedback to improve the product and experience. Manage renewals, flag churn risks early, and maintain accurate records and forecasts.
