This role supports the day-to-day operations of our sales and account management teams while helping scale the infrastructure that powers how we grow. You’ll partner closely with GTM leaders to manage quote-to-cash processes, improve workflows, and operationalize client engagement signals. Responsibilities include deal desk management, sales operations, client operations, and system operations.
System operations includes optimization and continual development of GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Conga, Docusign, Gong, Outreach, and Clay.com. This role will be responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, in partnership with Sales and account management. Ideal candidates should possess process optimization skills, a collaborative approach, and a metrics-driven mindset.
