THE ROLE:
- Drive BJAK's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams.
- Align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
- Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability.
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong operator with experience driving strategic execution across teams.
- Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization and follow-through.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.
