Position Summary:

  • Support evaluation, assessment, and research initiatives for Junior Achievement USA.
  • Design and carry out quantitative and qualitative evaluations to understand program effectiveness and impact.
  • Report to the Vice President of Evaluation & Research.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement evaluation methodologies, research designs, and data collection processes.
  • Analyze data using statistical software and prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries.
  • Deliver consultation, training, and technical support on evaluation practices and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in quantitative methods, statistics, educational research, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in program evaluation or educational research.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (R, SPSS, SAS) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree or ABD in a related field.
  • Experience evaluating K–12 educational programs or youth development initiatives.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
