Position Summary:
- Support evaluation, assessment, and research initiatives for Junior Achievement USA.
- Design and carry out quantitative and qualitative evaluations to understand program effectiveness and impact.
- Report to the Vice President of Evaluation & Research.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement evaluation methodologies, research designs, and data collection processes.
- Analyze data using statistical software and prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Deliver consultation, training, and technical support on evaluation practices and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in quantitative methods, statistics, educational research, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in program evaluation or educational research.
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, SPSS, SAS) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree or ABD in a related field.
- Experience evaluating K–12 educational programs or youth development initiatives.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
