- Own, lead, and scale Discovery & Framing at Defense Unicorns.
- Help customers identify and define mission problems, quantify impact, and establish success criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate high-value D&F engagements with senior customer leaders.
- Establish the D&F methodology, engagement model, and quality standards.
- Coach and develop D&F practitioners while leading strategic engagements.
Approach:
- Start with a hypothesis before each engagement.
- Discover the real problem through structured questioning.
- Frame the problem in the customer's language with measurable impact.
Outcomes:
- Validate the problem with customers.
- Produce executive-quality readouts for immediate action.
- Scale the D&F capability across the organization.
