About the Position:
- You will design and own the global HSE management system and digital tooling.
- You will lead vendor evaluation, analytics, and training strategy.
- You will support field campaigns with travel to remote sites.
What You Will Bring:
- Five or more years in HSE with enterprise software ownership.
- Experience building HSE management systems aligned to ISO 45001.
- Strong written communication and ability to lead through influence.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $125,000 to $170,000 USD plus equity.
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, parental leave.
- Remote position based in North America with 10-15% travel.
