Job Description
As a Sales Engineer, serve as the primary technical resource for the Sales team, deeply understanding Carenet Health’s offerings. Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations and presentations that effectively highlight the unique value of our telehealth solutions. Act as a trusted consultant by identifying client pain points and gathering technical requirements. Design and lead proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit and feasibility in real-world client scenarios. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Engagement, Product Development, and IT to ensure seamless execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and long-term strategic partnerships. Provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams, supporting solution enhancements and roadmap prioritization. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guidelines, solution architecture, and best practices. Support the development of sales collateral and customer-facing materials. Participate in industry events and client meetings.
