Job Description
The Senior Solution Designer is the key liaison between commercial and development teams ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing evolution of the DLP product. The Senior Solution Designer leads complex solution efforts and ensures features and enhancements deliver maximum customer value with efficiency. Responsibilities include leading the creation of BRDs and complex process flows, documenting user stories on Azure DevOps, producing and managing written requirements specifications, working closely with development teams to design solutions, ensuring smooth transition of solutions into production, providing consultative expertise internally and externally, establishing best practices, working with QA on test plans, and mentoring junior designers.
