Senior Advanced Delivery Services Analyst

We are seeking a talented Advanced Delivery Services Senior Analyst to provide support in the setup and ongoing management of our Professional Services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Professional Services leadership team, overseeing and optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and supporting the integration of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong understanding of professional services, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with our professional services organization to optimize systems, tools and processes to drive an effective organizational strategy. Also, You will oversee and optimize the ongoing management of the professional services organization, including but not limited to professional services offerings, gross margin models, resource management, forecasting and pipeline management to include assisting with P&L management. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
