Job Description
The Technical Account Manager will provide input to the writing of proposals and Statements of Work while supporting delivery implementation and consulting services to meet Veeam Software solution design and deliverables. They will provide overall project guidance, assist with assessment and design of solutions as well as post-installation issues, and assist with Veeam Software solution implementation effort estimation.
Furthermore, the role involves creating white papers, solutions guides, best practices, custom documentation, and delivering onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam Software solutions. Analyzing installed environments and guiding optimal Veeam Software configurations, facilitating communication between client and Veeam support, and identifying additional needs within the clientβs environment are also key responsibilities.
