Responsible for the implementation and management of programs that oversee the Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Repair and Replacement of mechanical, electrical, control systems, plumbing, HVAC systems and other building mechanical systems. Ensure all mechanical assets for up to 35-40 buildings across the U.S. are properly maintained, repaired and managed in CMMS. Serves as HVAC/mechanical subject matter expert and advises account leadership, facilities managers, HVAC technicians and Commercial Maintenance Technicians on appropriate steps to maintain and repair assets.

Act as a TRUMPF Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success.

• Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and manage team members in various project phases, including technical studies, analysis, and design.
• Coordinate with designers, owners, and contractors, ensuring project requirements are met and expenditures stay within budget.
• Participate in field work for highly technical projects, assist in maintaining engineering standards, and review drawings to improve quality.
