Install & commission new systems within the schedule and budget provided by the project team. Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of equipment; be available for customer care at short notice. Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment, including inspections and small repairs.

Responsible for the implementation and management of programs that oversee the Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Repair and Replacement of mechanical, electrical, control systems, plumbing, HVAC systems and other building mechanical systems. Ensure all mechanical assets for up to 35-40 buildings across the U.S. are properly maintained, repaired and managed in CMMS. Serves as HVAC/mechanical subject matter expert and advises account leadership, facilities managers, HVAC technicians and Commercial Maintenance Technicians on appropriate steps to maintain and repair assets.
