Job Description
- Service and Support: Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive's products; ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met; coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation.
- Technical Expertise and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and other Intuitive employees; conduct training sessions; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products.
- Administrative and Compliance: Accurately document service activities; maintain spare parts inventory; maintain issued tools and company-owned assets; comply with O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards; complete administrative tasks in required time frame.
