Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

• You'll join the Infrastructure team, owning the platform every Primer engineer builds on.
• This is a remote-first, async role with high autonomy and low bureaucracy.

What You'll Do:

• Own CI/CD, deployment, ephemeral environments, and developer tooling.
• Define how Primer integrates AI coding agents into development workflows.
• Measure and improve developer productivity through data-driven changes.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred).
• A software engineering background and comfort with production on-call.
