Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Manager to join our Customer Success team in the UAE. Reporting to the VP CS EMEA, you'll be responsible for: Aligning the team on the Customer Success strategic programmes, driving these goals operationally. You will help ensure the team builds great relationships with their customers, guaranteeing adoption of the platform, maintaining a high level of customer experience - meeting customers' requirements. Nurturing the team in their career growth, with regular feedback, skill gap analysis and enablement recommendations Supporting and driving the right behaviours through coaching and contributing to the success of our customers. Working with customers to ensure value realisation and optimal customer experience. Keeping a calm head to manage escalations, alongside providing technical leadership Hiring and developing great people.
