Role Overview:
- Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role owns financial planning and analysis.
- You will turn complex data into clear insights for investment, hiring, pricing, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Build financial models, margin analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
- Advise executive leadership and develop the Finance & Accounting Manager.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 4 in FP&A.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and QuickBooks experience.
- Experience leading finance functions in high-growth organizations.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $150,000–$180,000 plus medical, dental, and vision.
