Job Description
Analyze and deeply understand customer needs across priority industries to inform growth strategies. Partner with Product teams to ensure features and onboarding flows are optimized for key user segments. Architect and continuously optimize end-to-end user journeysβfrom top-of-funnel to in-product activation. Design and lead growth strategies and lifecycle programs tailored to high-potential customer groups. Measure program impact using KPIs like activation rate, retention, NPS, and industry segment expansion. Lead user education and acquisition initiatives to drive product understanding and increase conversion.
Proven ability to distill customer behavior and market signals into actionable insights. Proven experience driving cross-functional growth initiatives across marketing and product. Confidence in leading projects, influencing without authority, and aligning teams around common goals. Deep familiarity with data and analytics tools, and the ability to measure what matters.
