About the Role:

  • Own UI/UX quality for a core D2C subscription product.
  • Work AI-first with tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
  • Operate within a fully remote team across CET ±4 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team UI/UX work and hold the quality bar.
  • Deliver features end to end: design, build, polish.
  • Maintain design system documentation and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience owning UI/UX quality for shipped consumer products.
  • Strong React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript skills.
  • Ambitious, detail-obsessed, and AI-native.
