Perforce is seeking a Senior Partner Ecosystem Manager to join the team. The individual will strategically recruit, enable, and drive sales through and with partners. The ideal candidate will expertly collaborate with value-added resellers and systems integrators to identify incremental sales opportunities. A Perforce partner also has the opportunity to enhance Perforceβs professional services delivery teams. The partner program offers a robust platform for partners to invest in and build a long-term, financially rewarding business. Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, expanding the partner ecosystem, driving lead generation, enhancing partner sales capabilities, fostering strategic relationships, leading joint marketing initiatives, and ensuring robust governance and reporting. Requirements include 10+ years of experience in partner sales, strong strategic planning skills, a history of exceeding software sales quotas, and strong technical understanding.
