Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for product development, distribution and sales.
- Assess product features, functionalities, and designs, data processing proposals, and other product- related initiatives.
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in a digital media, digital advertising, ad tech, data analytics or technology practice.
- Experience supporting data processing teams that work with identity graphs/spines, data matching, data modeling and algorithms, identity resolution and data clean rooms.
- Knowledge of current, relevant laws and regulations in the areas of contracts, computer/technology, licensing, intellectual property and privacy.
