As an Administrative/Executive Assistant at Veta Virtual, you’ll keep daily business moving forward by managing busy calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling time zones with ease. You will be drafting polished emails, memos, and updates for teams and clients. Also, you will be preparing reports, presentations, and documents - keeping information organized and ready to go, tracking tasks and deadlines, sending friendly reminders, and following up until things get done.
Besides those, you will support travel arrangements, event planning, or meeting logistics as needed, coordinate with vendors, contractors, or external partners on behalf of the team, keep digital files, spreadsheets, and databases tidy and up to date, and jump in to solve small problems before they become big ones.
