The Firefox Desktop Growth team focuses on driving sustainable user growth by optimizing user activation, engagement, and retention through product-led strategies. As a Growth Product Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams in running impactful experiments and crafting engaging habit loops. What you’ll do: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product growth experiments aimed at increasing activation, onboarding success, and user engagement. Craft and refine engagement loops through thoughtful product features, experiences, and messaging. Analyze and interpret experiment data using analytics tools and SQL to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to drive alignment, accelerate product decisions, and achieve the best outcomes for users and the business. Identify and advocate for strategic initiatives that enhance user retention and deepen engagement across desktop experiences.
