About the Role:
- Define, own, and execute our healthcare management strategy.
- Focus on understanding how managed care organizations (MCOs) serve their members.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner directly with MCO prospects and customers as part of a B2B sales motion.
- Define and track success metrics that tie product performance to member health outcomes and business results.
- Communicate product strategy clearly to leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Meaningful portion in health-tech or healthcare services experience.
- Direct experience participating in a B2B sales motion with MCOs or health plans.
- Strong understanding of the Medicaid managed care landscape.
