Cyprus Compliance & VAT:
- Act as the lead authority on Cyprus VAT, VIES, and Social Insurance.
- Ensure all client filings are accurate and submitted within statutory deadlines.
- Provide professional guidance on business decisions.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise a team of 12 accountants.
- Provide training on efficiency in Xero and QuickBooks.
- Lead the potential transition to Balabook where applicable.
Software Strategy:
- Oversee the migration of selected clients to Balabook.com.
- Maintain support for clients remaining on QuickBooks/Xero.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Direct experience with European (EU) accounting standards.
