As the Vice President of Implementation, you will report to Experian Health, with responsibility for shaping and implementing a world-class client implementation strategy. You will be central to ensuring seamless deployment of Experian Health's SaaS solutions and services, with a focus on client satisfaction and collaboration. You will be a process integrator, and oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, guide process improvement, and foster a culture across the Implementation organization. This leader partners with team membersβfrom Sales and Product Management to IT and Client Successβto deliver exceptional client onboarding experiences and ensure long-term client value.
You'll have opportunity to lead: Strategic Leadership o Develop the overarching Implementation strategy and execute the structure to align with company growth goals and client success priorities. o Lead projects to improve the scalability, speed, and quality of implementations across product suites. o Provide enterprise perspective and champion agreement in all implementation efforts. Operational Excellence o Establish and refine implementation methodologies, integration protocols, and quality assurance standards. o Build and evolve a prioritized roadmap of implementation goals that enhance both client satisfaction and internal efficiency. o Create measurable improvements in operational KPIs, resource allocation, and workforce planning. Client Success & Engagement o Ensure successful setup, configuration, and delivery of Experian Health products for new and existing clients. o Act as an advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from Experian's solutions during and post-implementation. o Lead plans to ensure timely, compliant, and successful deployments across diverse healthcare environments. People Leadership & Culture o Inspire and develop the implementation team, promoting engagement, empowerment, and accountability. o Mentor leaders and team members to achieve both personal and departmental goals. o Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Collaboration & Advocacy o Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, IT, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the voice of the client informs product development and service enhancements. o Participate in client proposals, solution design, and contracting processes to align expectations and requirements early in the sales cycle. o Remain attuned to market trends, competitive developments, and evolving client needs.
