Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation

Ambitious and growing law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to deliver excellent service to clients while managing a high-volume caseload within the Workers' Compensation Department. Key responsibilities include communicating with relevant parties, attending hearings, maintaining case notes, reviewing case files, and potential travel to WCAB locations. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative, knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation, and a general understanding of the workers’ compensation system. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential. Bilingual (English + Spanish) is preferred.
