Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Parnall Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team, offering a rewarding career where your work makes a real impact. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work collaboratively with attorneys to provide intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy for clients, ensuring maximum compensation for harms caused by others' wrongful actions. Responsibilities include drafting and filing complaints, ensuring service of process, scheduling case milestones, providing client updates, maintaining case documentation, and assisting with trial preparation, including witness statements and exhibits. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience, a strong understanding of court rules, empathy for clients, exceptional communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Must be available during business hours Mountain time zone (Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Friday 8:00-4:00).
