Job Description
The Sr. Project Manager will lead and manage multiple large-scale manufacturing projects, including new facility setups, equipment installations, and process optimization initiatives. They will provide PMO support across business units to drive operational excellence and achieve NET CTO savings. This person will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, to ensure successful delivery. They will track performance using KPIs and provide detailed updates to stakeholders via reports and presentations. They will also identify risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively address potential project disruptions. The Sr. Project Manager will standardize project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization and build and enhance the organization’s project management capabilities by developing a robust project management program and conducting training.
