Associate Medical Director, Behavioral Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day clinical operations and performance management of Psychiatrists.
• Participating in innovation of care delivery models and leading quality improvement projects.
• Reviewing clinical documentation, quality metrics, and managing clinician escalations.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with at least 5 years post-residency clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with virtual care platform and 2 years leadership preferred.
• Licensed provider in good standing, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $235,000-$300,000 plus bonus and equity.
